	HOME STUDY TROOP LEADERSHIP COURSE The home study troop leadership course is a workbook style, self-directed learning method for the troop leadership course designed for those unable (due to distance, schedule conflicts, or language barriers) to attend the regularly scheduled Basic Leadership Training Parts 1 and 2 in the Overseas Committee setting. WHO IS ELGIBLE: Adults who can prove a hardship exists that there is a barrier to attending scheduled trainings.
