OUTDOOR 1 - INTRODUCTION TO THE OUTDOORS

Adults completing this course will be able to introduce activities in the outdoors and assist girls in becoming comfortable in outdoor settings. Topics include dressing for the weather, jackknife safety, no-cook meals and snacks, emergency procedures, required paperwork, and outdoor activities..

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: This course is open to all Girl Scout volunteers.

WHAT TO BRING: Safety-Wise, Troop Volunteer Resource Guide, Handbook, paper and pen. Trainer will include a list of additional items with confirmation.

Fee: $5.00*
Prerequisite: None
Course Length: 3 Hours
Register: With Hosting Overseas Committee
